Please double check your mailing address before submitting your order. If your mailing address is invalid and we are unable to create a shipping label, we will make two attempts to contact you. If we are unable to contact you within 48 hours of our first attempt of contact, your order will be canceled and refunded.  

We are not responsible for any lost mail, delays due to unforseen cicrumatances. Once your order is shipped, it is out of our hands.
